Haiden Coates
Sales Representative
Having grown up in Ontario's Garden also known as Norfolk County, I am very knowledgeable about the area. I spent my early years in the small hamlet of Boston attending the local public school. From there I moved on to go to high school in Simcoe where I played on as many sports teams as I could, all while playing minor hockey for Waterford. Completing in sports has given me the opportunity to build many relationships with friends from all around the county of Norfolk. After highschool I attended college in Oshawa for 2 years at Durham College for their Horticulture Food and Farming Program. Farming is in my family so I would consider myself very knowledgeable about Farming practives and rural properties. After college I worked for a propagation greenhouse and then moved on to work for a Land Developer and New Home Builder, named The Villages of Waterford. My job title being Assistant Site Supervisor, this is where my interest began in real estate. I assisted with the building process of dozens of homes from foundation to finish. I have learned so much about what goes into building a home. I then moved on to get my Real Estate Licence through Humber College.
My goals as a Sales Representative are to provide my clients with the highest levels of service whether it be your dream home, first home, investment property or whatever it is you are looking for. I will be committed to ensure your experience exceeds all your expectations and the process is a smooth one.
I look forward to working with you and building a continuing relationship!
